Our Foundation
To create the perfect truffle we start with an excellent foundation — a foundation of good and honest ingredients. That is why we work with UTZ-certified chocolate from Callebaut. Chocolate of the best quality, because every detail in every phase of the process is closely observed.
UTZ-certified chocolate originates from farmers with a love for the environment and dedication from bean to chocolate. This chocolate is then processed with attention, passion and craftsmanship.
